Shipping Policy – MTK MOCKTAILS

At MTK Mocktails, we work to ensure every order arrives safely and on time. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

Shipping Rates (United States Only)

We currently ship within the United States only.

• $8 flat-rate shipping – small orders
• $16 flat-rate shipping – larger or heavier orders

The correct rate is automatically applied at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on location and carrier conditions.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping Issues / Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, damaged, or missing, email us at support@mtkmocktails.com  with your order number and details (photos if applicable). We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipment fees may apply.
